The dance moves have been practiced over and over again. The lines have been digested by actors and are now reiterated with honesty and character truth. And the music ….well, the music is the heartbeat of such “musical” production and its melodies and catchy lyrics are ready to latch onto audiences’ memory banks.
Sunday (Sept. 2nd) was the last tech rehearsal for the Yellowstone crew. A moment of realization as Director Jonald Reyes noted to his actors that come this Wednesday, they’ll be putting up a “real show!” But really, how “real” does it “really” feel until you’re standing right behind that curtain waiting for your cue? Energy that can never be matched and is seemingly new with every new project.
BREAK LEGS TO THE CAST & CREW OF YELLOWSTONE!
A special thanks to the production crew:
- to the Choreographer, Ms. Nicole Dionisio, for her originality and dance style. Thank you for the time in understanding the tone of the piece and matching the dance moves with the music and play.
- to the Musical Director, Mr. Brad Kemp, for his musically attuned ear and efficiency. Right from the get GO, Kemp was able to pick up the original songs and churn them into musical production quality. Thank you for working with cast members’ voices and making their talents shine more.
- to the Writer & Composer, Ms. Caroline Lucius, for the seed that started it all. It was just an idea at first, then it turned into a meeting of the minds, which turned into a full-scale production. Without your creativity, musical talent, and imagination, this other world of Yellowstone Park would not have turned into fruition. And the most important thankful note is taking the risk in letting it become.
THEREFORE, we invite and welcome everyone to join us on this eerie adventure of talking bears, mental parents, and strange park rangers.
